To operate and improve Agents AI — powering your AI agents, processing the content you upload, monitoring usage, troubleshooting issues, and keeping the platform secure.

While you're active — we keep your account data and agent content for as long as your account is active.
When you delete content — deleted links, files, or agents are removed from our active systems within a reasonable period of time.
When you close your account — we may retain your data for a limited period (for example, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements), after which it may be permanently deleted.
No backup guarantee — please export any data you want to keep before closing your account.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures such as encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, and secure hosting to protect your information. No system is 100% secure — you are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe, using strong passwords, and restricting access to your account. We regularly review and update our practices, and implement rate limits to help prevent abuse of your agents.

9. Your Rights

Opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" or contacting us.
Request a copy of your personal information.
Ask us to delete your account and associated data.
New York and other U.S. state residents may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion.
EU/UK users may additionally have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of their personal data, and to request a portable copy under GDPR.
